![]() Mike Ryan and CPT staff exceeded our expectations over three weeks in Summer 2019. ![]() We selected Camp Pocono Trails for our 12-year-old son after significant research, including visiting CPT’s beautiful lake-side facility in Reeders, PA and following multiple telephone conversations with owner Tony Sparber. Our daughter is excited to go back next year for a longer session! Camp is expensive, but it is a true investment in your child’s health and well-being! Special thanks to Tony Sparber and the amazing staff at CPT for making this a memorable experience. ![]() They also arrange field trips to bowling, theater, paint ball etc so the kids are always on the go and having fun! Also, unlike other sleepaway camps, CPT allows you to communicate with your child via phone calls and email (which gave me a great deal of comfort). The campers can choose from a wide array of activities from Lake front kayaking, swimming, Zumba, hiking, zip line, cooking classes and kick boxing (which is something my athletic daughter had never tried, but really enjoyed). The staff was very caring, my daughter loved her counselors, and she said the food was really yummy. I wish we had discovered it sooner because she had a wonderful time! The camp is stunning! Coming from the 110 degree humid summer in Texas, this place was a true escape! We had originally intended for this to be just a trial to see if she liked it enough to sign up for a full session next year so we weren’t expecting any fitness results, however she lost almost 8 lbs and seemed lighter and sunnier all around. My 12 year old daughter went to pre-camp (11 days) at Camp Pocono Trails this summer. Please give us a call today at 1-80 so we can determine if your child is a good fit. While we are a self-esteem building camp, we are not a good fit for everyone. For example, if a camper reveals they have a hard time making friends or that they are bullied at school, we will role-play exactly how to overcome these social situations. If there are specific issues, we can address those as well. Campers learn from qualified therapists using a cognitive-behavioral approach exactly how to increase self-esteem. It goes farther than just encouraging each other to feel better. Campers support and encourage each-other to take responsibility for how they feel. The power of positive thinking surrounds campers at Camp Pocono Trails. Whether your primary goal is to lose weight, increase health and wellness, or manage screen activity or other daily habits, self-esteem plays a role in your long term success. We can help with building self-esteem at Camp Pocono Trails. Motorsports fans are welcome to visit the track as spectators for any of the events of the Raceway's tight schedule, but open track days are rare.Who doesn’t want to feel better? It’s a universal goal to live your life surrounded by positivity, to enjoy good health, and to experience daily positive feelings. The average speed varies according to the layout used for racing, ranging between 66 to 88 mph (106 to 141 km/h). Some of the alternative road course layouts of the Pocono Raceway include the clockwise 1.5-mile (2.41-km) North Road Course, the counterclockwise 1.37-mile (2.2-km) South-East Option 1, the 3.51-mile (5.66-km) Mega Course, the 2.26-mile (3.63-km) North-South Option 2, or the 2.53-mile (4.07-km) North-South Option 3. There are multiple possibilities to configure the infield of the tri-oval track into a road course with several independent layouts, some of which may run simultaneously. The banked NASCAR layout marks the track's perimeter and possesses a curious tri-oval shape reminiscent of a triangle with rounded edges, hence its nickname: The Tricky Triangle. For more than 40 years, the Pocono Raceway also hosted Ind圜ar Races regularly. This track is a staple part of the NASCAR National Series, hosting events for the Nascar Cup Series, NASCAR Xfinity Series, NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, and ARCA Menard Series. Pocono Raceway is a motorsports facility located in Long Pond, Pennsylvania, 2 hours away from New York City.
